Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani has used his fashion photographs to confront societal mores since the 1960s. This exhibition presents selected works from Toscani's career, providing an overview of the various issues the photographer has addressed through his advertisement campaigns. Toscani will present his ideas in a public lecture entitled "Art in the Service of Power: Ethics and Social Responsibility in Advertising" at 6pm in the Salone Brunelleschi at the Ospedale degli Innocenti. The exhibition remains open to the public through May 31, 2008.
